What is included in the price?

Paper products (toilet paper and paper towels) and hand soap are included. Septic service, generators, and/or water fill-up services are available at additional costs. Contact us today for a quote!

What are my payment options?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover). You may also pay by check, or set up an ACH payment transfer from your bank to our bank. Easy!

What standard equipment is included in Prestige Portable Restroom trailers?

Our event trailers are equipped with super cool air conditioning, sanitized porcelain toilets and urinals, clean modern sinks with automatic shut-off faucets, and safe and bright LED lighting throughout the unit.

Is delivery included?

Yes, your quote includes the delivery and setup of your portable restroom trailer. All costs are detailed on the formal quote that we email to you.

When will my Prestige Portable Restroom be delivered and picked up?

We deliver your luxury restroom trailer the day before the scheduled event. We pick it up the day after the event has concluded. We hope this helps!

How do I keep my Prestige Portable Restroom maintained during an event?

The restroom trailers are virtually self-maintained. Customers are responsible for basic upkeep during events, like replenishing paper products and keeping the unit clean. Take care of the restroom just like you would your own bathroom at home when you host an event.

Where can Prestige Portable Restroom Trailers be placed?

Our restrooms may be placed almost anywhere on level ground with access that is not obstructed with low hanging branches, low hanging power lines, or fencing. The restroom(s) location should be easily visible and accessible.

Does someone need to be available when the Prestige Portable Restroom Trailer(s) are delivered?

Yes, we need someone to give us specific instructions on location and setup options. We also need to share and review operating procedures. Our highly skilled and fully insured drivers will call you to schedule a specific time.

Will there be an odor like a porta-potty?

Prestige Portable Restroom trailers are not porta-pottys! Although odors can manifest over prolonged periods of use, we maintain extremely high standards in cleaning and disinfecting our portable toilets. All units will be delivered in pristine condition. The unit(s) will be disinfected and clean for your event.

What are the water requirements for Prestige Portable Restroom Trailers?

There are two options for water.

1. A standard water spigot and a garden hose can supply water for our portable toilet trailers. Keep in mind, the water source should be within 50’ of the trailer set-up.

2. Each of our portable toilet trailers is equipped with a freshwater holding tank, but once empty, the water will need refilling.

What are the power requirements?

There are two options for power.

1. The best option is to use a standard 20-amp/120 volt outlet via extension cord, which we provide. The electrical source should be within 50’ of the trailer set-up.

2. You can power any of our units using your own generator, or, we can supply a generator (extra daily charge).

How much advanced notice do I need to rent a Prestige Portable Restroom Trailer?

Our portable restroom trailers are scheduled on a first-come, first-serve basis. We accept deposits to schedule and hold any trailer(s) for your event. Please contact us for more details!
